More Than A Day Program

At Better Than Home, participants engage in a structured wellness curriculum powered by Seratofit.
 

Designed to support the whole person through five key areas:

Movement

Building strength, confidence, and mobility.

Nutrition

Developing healthy habits and food awareness.

Adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities participating in wellness-focused activities at Better Than Home. Through community integration, adaptive fitness, creative arts, and structured day services, participants strengthen social skills, improve physical health, and enjoy meaningful engagement in a supportive environment.
